Ted Creighton is a Senior Consultant with the  Plutus Consulting Group in Oakville, Ontario. He is passionate about helping professional practices consistently improve their businesses’ performance and achieve best-in-class results.

Ted works with law firms to introduce straightforward business tools and methods to help grow their business and enhance their profitability. He is a big proponent that execution is critical and helps clients stay focused on getting the results they expect.

Ted has worked with various global consumer packaged goods companies including British American Tobacco and Estee Lauder Cosmetics. He has held a variety of leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Supply Chain Integration, New Product Introduction and QA functions. Most recently Ted has worked with a number of law firms to help formalize their strategic plans and put the structure in place to achieve their key objectives.

Ted is a graduate of Queen’s University in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA in strategy & finance from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
