Fred Headon
Fred Headon is the chair of the CBA Legal Futures Initiative. He is also Assistant General Counsel, Labour and Employment Law, at Air Canada and the past president of the CBA. Prior to joining Air Canada, Fred worked in private practice in Montreal in labour, employment, human rights, privacy, and administrative law, as well as civil litigation.
He also taught Social Law and Administrative Law at the Law Faculty of the National University of Rwanda.
Outside of his legal work, Fred spends time with his two children and enjoys cross-country skiing and swimming.
