Nav Bhandal

Nav Bhandal is Senior Compliance and Employment Counsel for BASF Canada, overseeing labour, employment, privacy and other compliance matters across Canada. Prior to moving in-house, Nav worked in private practice assisting employer clients in understanding and managing their labour and employment law responsibilities.

Communication is vital to the practice of law and Nav regularly speaks at conferences and presents seminars on a variety of legal topics in order to educate people on important legal developments and how to tackle relevant issues.
