Olga V. Mack, CEO of Parley Pro, a modern, (truly!) collaborative, and intuitive contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform that has pioneered online negotiation technology.
She is an award-winning general counsel, operations professional, startup advisor, public speaker, adjunct professor, and entrepreneur. Olga co-founded SunLaw, an organization dedicated to preparing female in-house attorneys to become general counsels and legal leaders, and WISE to help female law firm partners become rainmakers.
She is passionate about disruptive technologies such as blockchain and AI. She's served as Vice President of Strategy at Quantstamp (YC W18), the first decentralized security auditing blockchain platform. Olga co-authored Fundamentals of Smart Contract Security (Momentum Press, 2019) and authored Blockchain Value: Transforming Business Models, Society, and Communities (Business Expert Press, 2020). She has spoken at TEDxSanFrancisco about the impact potential of blockchain and smart contracts and at SXSW about blockchain business models.
Olga takes great pride in being an outspoken advocate for professional women. She's founded the Women Serve on Boards movement that advocates for women to serve on corporate boards. She successfully persuaded over a dozen Fortune 500 companies to recruit their first woman director. Olga advocated, testified, and mobilized for the passage of California SB 826, which requires public companies to recruit women directors. She also authored Get on Board: Earning Your Ticket to a Corporate Board Seat (Business Expert Press, 2019), to help demystify board service for all.
